Terms and Conditions - The equipment is refurbished and may exhibit minor signs of wear and tear. Software, if included, is pre-loaded before equipment is shipped but is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain or repair. ComSource does not provide technical support for software, internet connectivity or new user issues. Driver CDs and restore CDs are not included. However, these CDs may be available online on the manufacturer’s website or for purchase from the manufacturer or sources such as Ebay. If a battery is included in the item description, ComSource warrants that the battery will take and hold a charge but does not guarantee discharge time. We cannot ship outside the contiguous United States. Shipping is included in prices for laptops and desktops. Please call to inquire on printer and monitor inventory.
Returns and Exchanges - Equipment is thoroughly audited and sold with a 60 day warranty assuring it will be as described on the website. If there are any problems with the equipment please email Kara Mawyer at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST (excluding holidays). All equipment will ship out within 72 hours of order processing.
